Unfortunately, except the National Museums, collecting and exhibiting the Classical cultures of the countries, the local, and tribal cultural heritage are not realised. It is a pity that the diversified regional cultures are not understood. After independence of many countries the unity of the nation is only possible when other multi-ethnic groups are researched and understood for national policies. For example, India is a vast country where the language families, dialects, cultures and norms and values differ. Regional and tribal museums can be a good educational and public institutions. Such museums of cultural heritage for verbal and non-verbal communication can minimise the discrimination sometimes caused by marginality and uncertain behaviour of the people. This could enhance the anthropological researches in the universities and the regional governments policies. The round table hopes to carry forward this discussion.
