Long Abstract
:

Individual identity has become an increasingly crucial element in the citizen’s life. While the youth today emphasizes on identity dynamics, the impact of marginalization and injustice on immigrant identity is left overlooked making them vulnerable. A biased perspective on identity cannot address the multifaceted phenomena at stake, and an integrative approach is a challenge that this paper undertakes. This research paper broadly discusses the challenges, injustice and the role of urban agency on the marginalized community mainly in the central capital of India, Delhi.
This research paper focuses on the class and gender exploring the ways in which these inequalities are perpetuated and reinforced by systemic discrimination and bias affecting the subjective experience. It will discuss the various factors that contribute to this inequality and the possible solutions to tackle this issue through various theories of social justice and intersectionality to explain the phenomena. The findings of this research will contribute to a better understanding of the complex and multi-faceted nature of marginalization, and will inform efforts to address and combat these inequalities. This qualitative research would use methods like observation, case study, participant observation and co-operative inquiry. This paper is also interested in theoretical questions and implores it through thematic analysis. We further seek to include the concepts and questions of the meaning of marginality in urban society and space, correlation between the marginalized and urban and the threat to immigrant identity through this
chaos.
