Introduction: Woman’s reproductive health has become a major concern in the contemporary context. Many biological and cognitive factors are affecting the health of women with advancing age. Menopause is one of the biological natural phenomena which is being experience to every woman once in their lifetime. Aim: The aim of this paper is to highlight some important aspects of health coupled with menopause. Methodology: The present was conducted in Delhi. The population comprised of the females who fell under the similar socio-economic status, upper-middle class. 101 females with menopause were voluntarily participated in the study. The participants were made aware about the study to be conducted and methods to be employed prior to data collection. Written consents were taken from each participant. Anthropometric measurements were taken using different instruments following the standard protocols and standardized proforma as well as questionnaire were used to record the data and information. Results: The present study found the association of different adiposity markers with menopause. Further, it also determines the linkage of stress and level of physical activity with menopause. Conclusion: Hence, it is a crucial time to make aware of all the important factors which affect the reproductive health to every woman so that they can improve their lifestyle to live healthy and happy in elderly life.
