In the time of global pandemic human has faced a huge question in survival. This study attempts to figure out in archaeological anthropology the challenges and associated practices which are appeared in the time of global pandemic and to discuss new strategies or methodologies incorporated in the time of covid-19. The data for the present study is collected from various readings to the field of archaeological anthropology. They have been analyzed according to the objective stated.
Long Abstract
:

The focus of the associated fields archaeology and anthropology is origin, evolution and development of human and their culture. To coping in the disastrous time both the academia has reorient and rethink about their study procedure in different paths. In this paper the main methodology used to study emerging trends in these fields are literature review. The covid-19 has had far reaching impact in every segments of life across the globe. This worldwide crisis drastically alters human activity, rapidly impacting pattern of movement and consumption. The main challenges are faced by practiotionars are embeded in- massive health hazards both physical and psychological, lockdown and quarentine, closing of institutions, weakness and loss of interest in academic section, suspension or cancelaation of field work or out station work, limtation in usage of resources, gender issues. As the covid 19 pandemic has thrown challenges in the ways of studying archaeology, here some strategies are taken to cope and survive from the covid war. The new strategies includes- priortised on health care over any other work, application on safety measures for covid19, every sector manages their availability and utilization in different ways, shifting of mode of study from offline to online and to coping in the global pandemic research techiques and methodology has been modified. Major focus to study shifted towards electronic or digital media from making connection to data collection to showcasing activity. We can utilise and ensure the relevance of the outcome for recent and any future adverse situation.
